Overview

We are licensed as a general contractor in the City of Cleveland and
City of Cleveland Heights.

We have been in business since 1990 performing residential and commercial remodeling work.

In 1997 we received a major contract to act as a Construction Manager for Northeastern Development Corporation. We were awarded several contracts to oversee and manage several major Tax credit
projects.

We have been in the predevelopment and development area of tax credit
construction for several non profit agencies. To date, we have managed eight tax credit
projects for various organizations.

We have built new construction offices, five unit and three unit town-homes and constructed several gas station commercial build outs; ground up commercial restaurants, grocery store buildings  historical restoration both residential and commercial.
